1.) Hilles Architects have experience working on repeat projects for large national
corporate clients. We appreciate the tight scheduling constraints placed upon us
when we are working in the corporate arena and recognize the direct relationship
between our responsiveness and our clients bottom line.

2.) As we all have hands-on experience in general construction offices, we are comfortable working in a design/build context with the focus on cost containment, value engineering, construction friendly materials, assemblies and systems.

3.) We are NCARB certified and can obtain registration in any State as needed. Having
completed projects in nine states from Maine to Florida we have a thorough knowledge and understanding of various state building codes, national codes, fire prevention and life safety codes, accessibility requirements, and various environmental/HVAC demand differences from northern to southern climates.

4.) All working drawings are generated on AutoCad and networked to a Hewlett
Packard Design Jet 600 Plotter, and can be emailed to owners, engineers and team
members in other states as if we were working in the same office. We provide construction assistance with "quick response" details faxed to job sites and daily turnaround of shop drawings to meet the demands of fast paced construction
schedules and opening deadlines.
